BLUE CAFE & BISTRO

Nestled away off Arklow’s bustling Main Street, the Blue Café and Bistro offers delicious home cooked meals in a relaxing and homely atmosphere.

The Blue Café is situated in one of the most historically significant areas in Upper Main Street, it having been the birth place of a founding member of the international Christian Brothers organisation, Brother Francis Manifold.

The Blue Café has so far won two consecutive awards for Best Commercial Premises in the Arklow Tidy Towns Competition 2006/2007 for our beautiful floral displays. Here, in our colourful and sunny outdoor dining area one can enjoy our famous ‘Big Blue Breakfast’ or perhaps a freshly prepared lunch and a glass of wine.

We pride ourselves on our friendly service and wholesome, reasonably priced food which is always cooked to order in our open kitchen.

We are open from 8.30am throughout the summer months and can easily cater for large private parties in the evenings. In what can be classed as a real hidden gem, all at the Blue Café look forward to meeting you.
