Offers close access to a terrific selection of farm animals and pets. This is a wonderful experience for kids, who can see a variety of farm animals up close and in real life. It is an excellent opportunity for kids to learn about farm life, which is still, to this day, a very important aspect of Irish culture. With Wicklow being situated in close proximity to Dublin, the Open Farm allows city kids to experience life on a farm and the experience is invaluable to kids that may never before have seen farm animals up close. There is a playground and a coffee shop on site which means that children and adults alike are entertained.
