Clissmann Horse Drawn Caravans offers you a holiday with a horse and a covered wagon, where up to 4 people can sleep and cook. They also provide quiet, well-schooled horses to travel with the caravans.

With a horse pulling your home, travel where and when you will, like the Gypsies. If you like activity, head for a village festival or seaside resort; if you like solitude, turn to the lonely mountain valleys and lakes. In a matter of 3 horse-hours you can reach glorious, safe, sandy beaches, quiet lakes and the lovely landscape of County Wicklow; and the majestic Wicklow Mountains. It is all yours for the travelling.

We also offer Corporate day trips with our own caravan drivers and with a grand outdoor BBQ to finish your day.

Here are just some of the places you can visit: Brittas Bay, one of Europe's best beaches; the Vale and village of Avoca caught in a fold of the Wicklow mountains; the Vale of Clara, where the road twists with the river to display a new vista at every turn; the quiet splendour of Glenmalure and Glendalough, the "Valley of the Two Lakes". The Round Tower and the remains of St. Kevin's Monastic City, churches and the many ruins of exceptional historical interest.
